The name "CeCeWills" originated after losing two of my close friends, Chernica "CeCe" Boyland & William "Will" Smith. I used their names so I would always have a piece of them with me .   

Born in Baltimore Maryland, Albert Belford was a very bright young boy. Since the age seven he has been drawing and writing. Always wanting to be the Oddball , Albert never liked wearing what everyone else was wearing. So one day he took his art skills and put them to the test on shirts. After getting compliments on the work he had done,  Albert wanted to have a matching outfit so he started to design his shoes to match his shirts, and that was the start of his passion.
